Join BCAC every second Sunday for a family friendly art project. Our next workshop will be held on December 14th! 

All art supplies will be provided so no need to bring anything, except yourselves!

Open Art Night
EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT
6pm - 8pm

Calling all creative spirits, working in any media at any skill level! Envision an open studio committed to an inclusive and supportive environment for you to work on anything your heart desires. Connect with other artists or work quietly on your own. There is no fee for the open art night; however, donations are encouraged in order to allow the Bay City Arts Center to offer this and similar events.
Art supplies are not provided, please bring your own.
Open art night is hosted by Matt Sohler. ​

Winter Write Night
with Lynne Jacks of Sandstone Stories

As we approach the longest night of the year, gather with us in a cozy space and move through exercises to help you tap into your inner world and cultivate a personal writing practice.

Mason Bee Seminar and Harvesting 12/13
BCAC welcomes back local beekeeper, Karel Beijer and his mason bee houses on December 13th with two sessions. 
No pre-registration required. 10am-noon and 1-3pm
This is a FREE Mason Bee seminar and harvesting party open to anyone interested in learning about or harvesting the Mason Bee cocoons. This is the time of year that harvesting needs to be done and informs the gardener all about this wonderful native pollinator.
